    What about displaying videos on your own server? I’m finding embedding codes from different sites is slowing my blog down.,

    In order to post videos from your own server, I would recommend using the JW FLV Media Player.

    You’ll have to follow the instructions for installing the Media Player on your site, and you’ll need to convert your video to the FLV format.

    The best solution I find is to use the easytube (?) Plugin.

    All you have to do is add [youtube:url], I use it for WotUThink
